SHIPPING POLICY
GOLD LEAF SIGNS
Delivery is £13 for most gold leaf glass signs, these will be sent tracked & signed for with Parcelforce on their express48 service. The smallest glass sign can be shipped for £3.95, the largest signs will ship at the higher rate of £17 as they are heavy and large parcels.

Given the nature of the product, the signs are always sent tracked, signed for and extremely well packaged.

. Gold leaf signs take a few weeks to make, once your order is placed, your sign will be with you within 3-6 weeks.

RETURN POLICY
Sadly my items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns. Please contact me if you do have any concerns regarding your order and i will absolutely do my best to resolve the issue.
